Delete your account
Last updated:
You can delete your Losten Legends account and everything linked to it at any time, free of charge. The fastest way is right in the game.
In the game (instant)
- Open the game and stay in the tavern (not in a run or a room).
- Tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Read what goes and tap Delete forever.
Your account is deleted on our server right away and the game starts over with a brand-new, empty profile.
By email (if you can't open the game)
Write to support@lostenlegends.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your handle: your nickname and its tag, like Hunter#4F2K (you'll find it under Friends in the tavern). If you sign in with Google Play Games, say so: it helps us find the right account.
To keep someone else from deleting your account, we may ask you to confirm from the game (for example by changing your nickname to a word we send you). We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and write back once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your player account, login token hash and nickname.
- Your progress: Renown, runs, unlocked and equipped looks, hero XP and skill trees.
- Your gem balance and the looks you bought with gems.
- Your friends, friend requests and invites.
- The link between your account and your Google Play Games player ID.
What we keep, and why
- Purchase records (purchase token, product, gems, price, date, status): accounting and tax rules require them, and Google refunds rely on them. They're kept without your player ID, so they no longer point to your profile.
- Room records, for statistics, without your player ID or the room name.
- Server logs at Cloudflare expire on their own within 7 days.
Deleting your account doesn't refund purchases: unspent gems and bought looks go with it. For a refund, ask Google Play first.
Waitlist email
To take your email off the playtest waitlist, write to support@lostenlegends.com from that address.
On your phone
Uninstalling the game removes what it saved on your device. Your achievements and Play Games profile live with Google: manage or delete them in the Play Games app or at myaccount.google.com.
